You will prepare a water bottle for your day by adding 2 to 3 caps of hydrosols to your water.

Remember that a well -hydrated brain is more efficient!

Preferably water, green tea, homemade smoothie, fresh fruit juice to which you will add your favorite hydrosol.

in case of heatwave : add peppermint for its refreshing and invigorating effect.

This will prevent you from feeling overwhelmed and will allow you to stay focused.

The Concentration spray

O'Flor 10 : The synergy of nard and holy basil will support your concentration throughout the day and strengthen your memory.

To use morning and noon: 2 sprays under the tongue

Manage my stress and anxiety?

Noble chamomile to stay zen throughout the day.
Add 3 capfuls to a bottle of magnesium-rich water.

O'Flor 2 " Anxiety " based on angelica, bay leaf, chamomile and neroli will help you manage your bouts of anxiety.

Always carry it in your pocket and spray it twice under the tongue.
