Your order is usually shipped within 3 business days. On weekdays, 87% of packages are shipped the same day. Once your package is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking link. Don't forget to check your spam folder. During peak periods (holidays, vacations, strikes, etc.), delivery times may be longer.

For shipments outside Belgium, the transport time can be 3 to 6 working days.

It may exceptionally happen that a product is missing (shipping time > 10 working days). In this case we will contact you by email to offer you 3 solutions:

1. the missing product is refunded

2. the missing product is replaced by the product of your choice at the equivalent price

3. Your order is shipped as soon as the product is available and only if the timeframe is reasonable.

Temporary shortages are generally products in stock and last less than 10 business days. In this case, the order follows its normal course.

We ship our orders via BPost. This carrier offers fast, high-quality service for nearly 99.9% of parcels. In Belgium, if the package is shipped between Monday and Thursday before 5 p.m., you can receive it the next day.

We have chosen to contribute to the shipping costs paid by our customers to offer the cheapest possible shipping.

As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email asking you to contact us to schedule a pickup appointment. We don't have a store on-site, and all order pickups are by appointment only.

You also have the option of purchasing our hydrosols directly from our retailers' points of sale.

O'Flor brand hydrosols are of the highest quality available on the market. Thanks to the double distillation they undergo, they are extremely pure and contain no additives.

European legislation does not allow us to mention the therapeutic properties of hydrosols on our website. However, to learn more, we invite you to contact us, consult the literature, and participate in our workshops and training courses.

Thanks to bi-distillation, O'Flor hydrosols naturally preserve their freshness longer without additives than a hydrosol from the first distillation.

If the hydrosol is consumed within a month, it is not necessary to put it in the refrigerator.

In the refrigerator, O'Flor hydrosols can sometimes be stored for several years.

All O'Flor hydrosols can theoretically be consumed orally. In practice, we advise pregnant women not to consume hydrosols orally, unless otherwise advised by their therapist. Sublingual administration generally does not pose a problem.

Many O'Flor hydrosols are pleasant for flavoring water or fruit drinks.

Have you had a hydrosol for a while and want to know if it's still good?

You can judge for yourself by checking whether the smell is still pleasant and whether the appearance has changed. If a spectrum has developed in the hydrosol, it is best to stop drinking it. External use may still be possible if the smell is unchanged.

Our company ended its organic certification on September 30, 2022, due to low demand for hydrosols bearing this label. Regardless of this certification, our hydrosols are sourced from wild harvesting, natural cultivation, or organic cultivation.

We continue to offer our hydrosols of the best quality, without pesticides or other additives.

We use recycled and newly produced PET bottles. All our bottles are recyclable.

We opted for PET bottles because their carbon footprint is lower than that of glass or aluminum.

These bottles are free of phthalates and bisphenol and are certified for food use.

They are fitted with a tamper-evident cap, which guarantees the first use since being bottled by the consumer.

They protect the hydrosols from light and protect the aromatic molecules.

Our hydrosols are produced by distilling fresh plants.

In fact, around mid-May 2022, we began to gradually adapt our product labels.

Some products already carry the new label, others do not yet. This does not detract from the quality of the product.

By the end of 2022, all O'Flor products will carry the new label.
