Stay calm
The end of summer vacation is a time of worry, which can disrupt sleep and lead to fatigue.
Hydrosols are good supports for living more peacefully and having better nights.
How to achieve this?
When returning from work, after school or after daily chores, establish small rituals:
✔ Exit worries: we decide to leave annoyances outside or put them in a drawer
✔ Drink a good glass of water to which you add a capful of plant hydrosol with soothing properties: true lavender, lemon balm , noble chamomile , verbena or neroli.
Swallow each sip mindfully and confidently.
Repeat this gesture later in the evening and before bedtime.

My current favorite: true lavender hydrosol, soothing and refreshing; it is beneficial in cases of stress, nervousness or difficulty sleeping. Lavender reassures, helps restore good morale and have a positive outlook on events.

What will yours be?
✔ Do an express anti-stress self-massage: wet the tips of your index and middle fingers with a soothing hydrosol of your choice. Massage the third eye (point between the two eyebrows) with your two fingers using circular movements for one minute.
This gesture brings relaxation, mental clarity and harmony
✔ Place an O'Flor No. 1 mood spray on your bedside table. : in case of night waking, 2 sprays under the tongue to return to the arms of Morpheus
