Back to work

A healthy return to school

The end of summer means a return to serious matters: children returning to school, returning to work, busy days, the return of viruses...

How can we make this period easier? How can we prolong the benefits of the holidays? What can we do to stay fit and cope?

Here are some tips to welcome the new season in the best possible shape

Strengthen your vitality

To prepare for the change of season, it's a good idea to detox to eliminate waste and toxins accumulated during the summer. The heat, vacations, and conviviality all provided incentives to drink beer, rosé, and chilled cocktails. Barbecues delighted friends and family with sausages and kebabs, accompanied by sauces.

We slathered on plenty of sunscreen and refreshed ourselves with ice cream...

In short, a detox will be beneficial to cleanse the environment, banish fatigue and promote a good immune system to cope with seasonal viruses.

What to do?

Eat more green vegetables: their chlorophyll helps the intestines cleanse themselves

Eat grapes, black or white; it's in season! Grapes drain the liver, kidneys & intestines

• In mono-diet, eat grapes at will every 2-3 hours for 3 to 7 days
• as a partial cure, replace the evening meal with 1 or 2 bunches of grapes

Drink well; water to which you add a plant hydrosol with detoxifying properties: wild carrot , verbena rosemary ,Greenland Labrador tea or the best of the best, the synergy of Detox Equalibra hydrosols.

• 3 caplets in a liter of water to drink throughout the day or 1 caplet 3 times a day in a glass of water, as a 21-day course of treatment

After the detox treatment, it is recommended to remineralize with nettle, horsetail, spirulina, chlorella, pollen or sprouted seeds.
