General Conditions
The Krealikos srl website(s) and their associated services are made available to you in accordance with the following terms of use and service and any other rules published on our sites (commonly referred to as "Terms and Conditions"). Before placing any order on www.krealikos.shop, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
O'Flor is a registered trademark of Krealikos srl, a company incorporated under Belgian law with company number BE 0661.563.358. Our registered office is located at rue Grégoire Wincqz 4, 7060 Soignies.

We would like to draw your attention to our policy regarding the conditions of purchase, the general conditions and our privacy policy. If you are under 18 years of age, you must ask your parents or legal guardian to review the KREALIKOS privacy policy before registering to use this site or any service on this site. However, we reserve the right to only accept orders from adults or emancipated persons.
We may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please read these terms and conditions and review them regularly. If you do not agree to any changes to these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using this site. No changes to the terms and conditions made after you have placed an order will affect that order unless we are under a legal obligation to make the change.
REGISTRATION
To use certain services or features made available to you on this site, you must register. When you register, you must provide information about yourself. This information must be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. If any of the information provided during registration changes, please notify us immediately at the following email address: shop@krealikos.com. We may also occasionally change the information we request at registration.
The password you provide for your account must be unique and kept secure. In the event of any breach of security of your account or any unauthorized use, you must immediately notify KREALIKOS.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make purchases on the Site, you must provide your detailed contact information. In particular, you must provide your real name, surname, telephone number, email address, and other required information as indicated. You must also provide payment information that you represent and guarantee is valid and accurate, and you declare in good faith that this billing information is indeed yours.
The Site is only made available to individuals and third parties who meet KREALIKOS' eligibility requirements, whose applications are acceptable to KREALIKOS, and who have a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank accepted by KREALIKOS and who have authorized KREALIKOS to charge their debit/credit card for the full purchase price for the goods they purchase. KREALIKOS reserves the right to limit the quantities of an item delivered to any one buyer or mailing address. Resale of items found on the Site may only be made by explicitly authorized resellers.
By offering to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize us to conduct a credit check and, where KREALIKOS deems it necessary, to transmit your information, including, without limitation, your debit/credit card information or credit report (including any updated information) to third parties or to obtain it from third parties (including your spouse's credit report information, if you reside in an area with jurisdiction under community property rules), for the sole purpose of verifying your identity, validating your debit/credit card, obtaining initial credit card authorization and/or authorizing individual purchase transactions.
You further agree that we may use the personal information you provide to us to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. The personal data you provide to us may be disclosed to a credit reporting or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of it.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. None of the items in your cart are reserved and all can be purchased by other customers.
KREALIKOS offers products for sale that are in stock and available for shipment from our warehouse. However, we may occasionally be waiting for products that are in production. Therefore, you may occasionally be offered the opportunity to make an advance payment for certain items, in which case you may make an advance purchase. This procedure ensures that you receive this item first, once KREALIKOS's stock is stocked. KREALIKOS only accepts advance purchase orders for stock scheduled for delivery by our laboratory. Your rights regarding advance purchase are the same as those relating to any other purchase from KREALIKOS. You also have the option of simply providing your email address to be notified when selected backordered goods arrive.
Items received in stock may be pre-allocated to fulfill prepayment orders, and customers who have made such prepayments will receive the items in priority over customers on the waiting list or those who place orders on the site for immediate delivery. Please note that we may not be able to deliver merchandise paid for by prepayment due to production or quality control issues identified upon receipt of an order in stock. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the prepayment to your bank account within thirty days of notification that the merchandise is no longer available.
If you have provided your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product listed on our Site, we aim to notify you within 48 hours by email of the product's availability on the site. Please note that some high-demand products may sell out during this period.
KREALIKOS keeps a record of your transactions for at least one year. We do not store bank and payment card information. These are stored by Ogone, an authorized and fully secure service.
PRICING POLICY
The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in Belgium.
All prices and offers remain valid as occasionally advertised. The price in euros of a product displayed on the site at the time of order acceptance is respected, except in cases of obvious error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each month.
Customers ordering from a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) country must pay the appropriate taxes and customs fees. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers ordering from a DDU country are only charged for the items purchased and the shipping costs. Any customs fees or taxes are billed directly to you by BPost. Before placing an order, we recommend contacting your local customs office to determine the landing cost.
If your debit/credit card is not in euros, the final price is calculated according to the exchange rate applicable on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are unable to offer a sale price adjustment for items already purchased during a sale or for any item that is on special promotion and has been temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a reduced sale price, no further price adjustment is available for that item, even if it is further discounted.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your selection and placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. It is a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and conclusion of the contract between you and KREALIKOS are deemed effective once we send you a confirmation email stating that the products have been dispatched. The sales contract is therefore concluded in Soignies, Belgium, and the language of the contract is French.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in the terms and conditions.
We may also refuse to process, and therefore accept, any transaction for any reason, or refuse service to any person at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any removal by us of any merchandise from the Site, whether or not such merchandise has been sold, for any removal, deletion or modification of any information or content on the Site, for any refusal to process a transaction, or for any interruption or suspension of a transaction once processing has begun.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit/credit card, bank transfer, and any other method occasionally and clearly displayed on the Site. Your order is dispatched once the order amount is debited and withdrawn from your account by KREALIKOS. You confirm that the debit/credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized to use it by its owner. All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to KREALIKOS, we are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of our site. All debit/credit card transactions on the site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a highly secure environment. If you are registered as a KREALIKOS user, we do not store your debit/credit card information on our systems. This information is fully encrypted and only used to complete the card transactions you have requested.
To ensure that you can make purchases easily and securely, KREALIKOS uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We also take all reasonable steps within our power to keep your order and payment information secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if an unauthorized third party gains access to the data you provide to us when accessing or ordering from the Site.
GIFT VOUCHERS
KREALIKOS virtual and printed gift cards are sold in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift cards can be redeemed for any product on our site.
3. Gift cards are not transferable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
4. If the total amount of your order is less than the value of the gift card, the balance will be credited to your account and can be exchanged for new orders. You can check your gift card balance online on your "my account" page.
5. If your order amount exceeds the value of the gift card and you have credit remaining in your account, your account will be automatically debited to cover the remaining balance. The remaining balance of the order after payment using your gift card and debiting your account must be paid by debit or credit card.
6. If you return products purchased with a gift certificate, the balance will be credited to your account as a credit note and can be used on new orders. You can check your credit note balance online on your My Account page.
7. Virtual gift certificates are emailed to the recipient once the entire order has been processed and payment has been made. A copy of this card is also sent to the sender for confirmation of dispatch.
8. KREALIKOS is not responsible for sending a virtual gift card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. In this case, the buyer is solely responsible.
9. KREALIKOS is not responsible for the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized use of a gift certificate.
10. KREALIKOS reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it deems it necessary.
11. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift certificates, with the exception of free shipping codes, which are applicable to orders placed using printed gift cards.
12. Sales taxes and shipping charges apply to all products purchased using a KREALIKOS gift certificate.
13. Shipping charges apply to printed gift cards.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotional codes and must be used by the published date, if applicable.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
KREALIKOS guarantees each purchase during its transit period until its delivery to the delivery address you have provided. We require a signature upon receipt of all products, after which responsibility for your purchases is transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example, if it is a gift), you agree that proof of signature from that recipient (or delivery address) constitutes proof of delivery and the contract fulfilled by KREALIKOS, and the transfer of responsibility takes place in the same way as before.
Please note that we aim to deliver all orders within 48 business hours, or within 72 business hours during promotional periods, for Belgium. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. KREALIKOS is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures up to the destination. KREALIKOS is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure, strikes, accidents, war or any other incident that may cause a delay in delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATORY CLAUSES
This cancellation clause only applies to individuals.
You have the right to cancel the order you have placed with us, provided that you notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. A notice of contract cancellation in accordance with the clauses of the distance selling regulations must be sent in writing to the following address: Krealikos sprl, chemin Corbisier 3, 7060 SOIGNIES, Belgium, or by email to the following address: shop@krealikos.com.
We will refund the full amount of orders cancelled under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, including shipping costs. However, you must return the entire order to us by secure postal service to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your expense. Cancelled orders must be returned to the following address: Krealikos sprl, chemin Corbisier 3, 7060 Soignies, Belgium. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition from the original country of delivery.
We recommend that you insure the shipment of returned goods, as it is your responsibility to take care of the goods as much as possible; in addition, you are liable for any damage to the goods until they are received at our store. In the event of a dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of postage. The refund will be made to your bank account opened in the buyer's name within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange collection at your expense.
Please note that you can exercise your right to cancel the order under the distance selling regulation clauses only if you send us a formal written cancellation notice within seven calendar days of receipt of the order, by email or post, as mentioned above.
Our free collection service (see below) is not available for orders cancelled under these clauses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES VIA OUR FREE COLLECTION SERVICE
Rather than exercising your right to cancel in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may prefer to return or exchange the items via our free returns and exchanges collection service. To do this, you must request your returns code within 14 days of receiving your order and return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receiving your returns code. You will be refunded the value of the items only or can exchange the item for a similar one, while stocks last. If you wish to exchange an item for another, we suggest returning the item ordered, requesting a credit note, and then purchasing the new item separately.

Shipping costs for the replacement item are free, but if you reside outside of Belgium, you will have to pay the corresponding taxes. See "Shipping and return costs".
Please note that our free collection service is not available for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Our policy
Items must be returned unused and all KREALIKOS brand packaging must be intact. Items returned damaged or stained may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer and/or their refund may be refused.
For easy identification and prompt processing, all returned items must be accompanied by a return code. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Beauty & Health
Skincare, cosmetics, haircare, accessories, machines and hydrosols must be returned intact, unopened and unused and in their original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept them.
Defective products
Products are considered defective if they are damaged upon receipt or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within six months of the purchase date. Please note that items damaged as a result of normal use will not be considered defective.
If you wish to exchange the item, please note that we can only replace it with the same product, in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we offer to repair defective items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Your use of the Site(s) and their content does not grant you any rights to any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and to any materials associated with the content (as described in the Content section below), including the Shopify software and all scripts and other code contained on this Site. All such content, including trademarks, designs, and associated intellectual property rights of third parties mentioned or displayed on this Site, is protected by national intellectual property laws, other laws, and international treaty provisions. You are authorized to use the content only as expressly permitted by ONKOS. Any reproduction or redistribution of the aforementioned content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, any copying or use of the aforementioned materials on any other server, location, or medium for publication, reproduction, or distribution is expressly prohibited. KREALIKOS strives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on this site. Krealikos sprl does not warrant that the content of KREALIKOS is accurate or error-free. KREALIKOS does not warrant that the functional aspects of the website or the KREALIKOS content are error-free, or that this website, the KREALIKOS content, or the server that distributes it is free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that our internet users ensure they have up-to-date anti-virus software.
The opinions expressed on the KREALIKOS website are personal to the authors and do not reflect the views of Krealikos sprl. LIMITS OF OUR LIABILITY
We accept liability for death and personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to avoid liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your legal rights.
If KREALIKOS breaches its terms and conditions, we will only be liable for losses that are direct and a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable when, for example, both you and KREALIKOS could have foreseen them at the time you placed your order and KREALIKOS dispatched your order. In the event of losses, we are only liable for 100% of the value of the goods purchased.
We are not liable for losses not caused by our breach or negligence or for indirect losses that are a secondary effect of the main loss or damage and which we cannot reasonably foresee (for example, loss of profit or opportunity).
We are not liable for our failure to fulfil our obligations under the Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
COMPENSATION
Upon our immediate request, you fully agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KREALIKOS, as well as its employees, directors, agents, subsidiaries, licensors and suppliers, from and against any liability, claim, expense, damage or loss, including legal fees, arising from any violation of the Terms and Conditions by you, including the use by others accessing this site through your internet account caused by your action or inaction.
OUR RELATIONSHIP
You acknowledge and agree that no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and KREALIKOS as a result of these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site. You agree that you cannot and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of KREALIKOS, and that we are not liable for any acts, statements, or omissions made by you.
NO WAIVER
If you breach the Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we retain the right to exercise our rights and seek redress in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions and all of our policies and procedures are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law and the competent courts of Belgium.
