Cold Infusion: The Alternative to Sugary Drinks

It's a blend of fruit and/or vegetable pieces, fresh herbs, or spices infused in cold, low-mineral water. Since it contains no sugar, and therefore no calories, infusions are a good alternative to sugary drinks.

Always choose organic fruits and vegetables, preferably seasonal.
If they are organic, fresh and of good quality, there is no need to peel them: it is in the skin that we find the most vitamins and flavors.

Preparation is simple: no more excuses!

Preparation time: 5 to 10 min

Wash and scrub the vegetables and fruit, cut into rounds and slices. Place everything in a large carafe. Add the low-mineral water and the capfuls of bi-distilled hydrosols of your choice. Let it steep for at least 3 hours. Ideally, prepare the tea the day before and let it steep overnight.

Drink the infusion without moderation during the day and in small quantities during meals.

Why hydrosols?

Bi-distilled hydrosols are a healthy, sustainable, and economical alternative to sodas, fruit juices, and flavored drinks of all kinds, which are often too sweet and full of additives, artificial sweeteners, stabilizers, and colorings. Don't be fooled, because the marketing of flavored waters is booming. Supermarket shelf shelves are proof of this.

Consider hydrosols to enhance, perfume, and spice up your water. They're great alternatives to mint and fruit syrups.

You will benefit from the plant's virtues in terms of digestion, hydration, energy and well-being. The hydrosol potentiates the plant's message.
You will obtain a subtle water that is much appreciated from a very young age.

Get your children used to avoiding eating and drinking too much sugar or processed foods from a young age.

Itโ€™s a sustainable health gesture!
